Jason is the Founder and Owner of Canton Dumplings.
Meet The Founder
With over 25 years of experience in hospitality, Jason is the former Head Chef of 1 Hat restaurant Queen Chow Enmore (Merivale) and has previously worked at household names such as Supernormal (1 hat), Panama Dining, China Diner, Food & Desire, Chefs Gallery and Penrith Panthers & Canton Kitchen.
He’s also featured on shows such as the Cook Up with Adam Liaw, The Crackling Podcast and BidFood Australia.
More recently, Jason has collaborated with V2, Level: Asian, Ho Jiak and Basin Dining.
